Job Duties
- serve as primary contact for donors accessing care at Nuvance Health including on-call coverage weeknights and weekends
- develop trusting relationships and support donors and families with service access, referrals, appointments, billing, and care experience
- contact donors post-service to gauge satisfaction and promote retention
- cultivate relationships within clinical departments to facilitate donor care needs and identify improvement opportunities
- track and record HIPAA-compliant information on donor care experiences and coordinate leadership visits
- prepare Concierge membership materials and accurately update donor records and databases
- visit Emergency Department patients and families to improve their experience
- fulfill all compliance responsibilities
- perform other duties as required
