Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency with basic computer applications
- friendly and courteous demeanor
- availability to work weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- Ensures everyone that walks into The Crossings lobby has an extraordinary customer service experience
- greets all visitors in an enthusiastic professional manner
- answers all incoming calls on the main phone line
- signs for all deliveries and promptly calls employees/residents receiving packages
- assists residents with scheduling transportation services and enters work order requests
