- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Ensures everyone that walks into The Crossings lobby has an extraordinary customer service experience
- Greets all visitors in an enthusiastic professional manner
- Answers all incoming calls on the main phone line
- Signs for all deliveries and promptly calls employees/residents receiving packages
- Assists residents with scheduling transportation services and enters work order requests
- Performs minor maintenance tasks such as placing temporary air handlers, plunging toilets, fire panel support, and walking around the campus for security checks
