Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Front desk/receptionist experience preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Ensures everyone that walks into The Crossings lobby has an extraordinary customer service experience
  • Greets all visitors in an enthusiastic professional manner
  • Answers all incoming calls on the main phone line
  • Signs for all deliveries and promptly calls employees/residents receiving packages
  • Assists residents with scheduling transportation services and enters work order requests
  • Performs minor maintenance including placing temporary air handlers, plunging toilets, fire panel support, and walking around the campus for security checks
