Job Duties
- Ensures everyone that walks into The Crossings lobby has an extraordinary customer service experience
- greets all visitors in an enthusiastic professional manner
- answers all incoming calls on the main phone line
- signs for all deliveries and promptly calls employees/residents receiving packages
- assists residents with scheduling transportation services and enters work order requests
- performs minor maintenance such as placing temporary air handlers, plunging toilets, fire panel support, and walking around the campus for security checks
