Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • preferred customer service experience in senior housing
  • ability to read, write and understand english
  • physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push and pull continuously
  • capability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • customer service experience in senior housing preferred
  • strong communication skills in english
  • ability to interact with diverse populations with empathy and professionalism
  • basic administrative and clerical skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • familiarity with community procedures and customer service protocols

Job Duties

  • serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests
  • perform clerical tasks including handling correspondence and managing requests
  • coordinate community activities and events
  • answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • interact courteously with residents, visitors, and team members
  • assist in administrative support under Business Office Manager direction
  • maintain high resident satisfaction through The Sterling Touch® service standards
