Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- preferred customer service experience in senior housing
- ability to read, write and understand english
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push and pull continuously
- capability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- customer service experience in senior housing preferred
- strong communication skills in english
- ability to interact with diverse populations with empathy and professionalism
- basic administrative and clerical skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- familiarity with community procedures and customer service protocols
Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests
- perform clerical tasks including handling correspondence and managing requests
- coordinate community activities and events
- answer and direct phone calls professionally
- interact courteously with residents, visitors, and team members
- assist in administrative support under Business Office Manager direction
- maintain high resident satisfaction through The Sterling Touch® service standards
