Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- customer service experience in the senior housing field preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds
- ability to push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- customer service experience in senior housing preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work under direction in accordance with community standards and procedures
Job Duties
- Enhance the overall resident experience by serving as the first point of contact
- perform various clerical tasks
- coordinate community activities
- manage resident requests
- distribute correspondence
- direct phone calls
- interact professionally with visitors, guests, residents, and team members
