Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience
  • Ability to operate office equipment including fax machines, copiers and computers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work on-call shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure resident privacy and safety

Job Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior clerical or administrative work experience
  • Proficiency with computer skills such as Microsoft Office suite and desktop publishing software
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and on the telephone
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
  • Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
  • Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors
  • Performing general clerical and light administrative duties including faxing, copying and using computer applications
  • Ensuring residents’ privacy, rights and safety is maintained at all times
  • Managing visitor access and coordinating appointments
  • Supporting the on-call schedule which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
