Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service
- Ability to work PRN shifts during the day
- Professional and polished personal appearance
- Willingness to be cross-trained on facility entrances and common areas

Job Duties
- Conducting visitor registration processes
- Ensures service standards in their personal appearance and the facility
- Proactively interacts with all internal and external customers
- Routinely circulates through the facility to ensure the customer's service experience
- Conducts tours
- Conducts random interviews/surveys
- Cross-trained on all entrances, lobbies and waiting rooms
- Providing hospitality services
