Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work PRN (as needed) shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist residents with scheduling transportation services
- Assist residents with scheduling dining services
- Submit work order requests on behalf of residents
- Make reservations for various community events
- Answer calls on a multi-line phone system
- Provide clerical support for administration
- Monitor emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
