Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to lift and carry up to twenty pounds
- Ability to sit, stand intermittently, and bend for seventy-five percent of the workday
- Manual coordination to operate switchboard, computer, and other office equipment
- Capacity to maintain attention and function efficiently amidst distractions and interruptions
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
- Typing skills and experience with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to handle multiple routine tasks while following specific and general instructions
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact tactfully and congenially with residents, visitors, staff, and vendors
- Previous experience in a front desk or concierge role preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Open and close the front desk securely and manage all files, keys, and equipment in the office
- Communicate messages and materials promptly and clearly to appropriate parties
- Accept and record reservations, appointments, and cancellations as directed
- Confirm scheduled transportation and event registrations with residents
- Greet and assist all persons entering the community in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
- Perform various clerical duties as assigned
