Job Duties
- Answer phones
- pick up and deliver customer vehicles in a timely manner
- greet customers in a friendly manner when picking up their vehicles
- use extreme caution when driving a customer’s vehicle
- document body damage on any vehicle being picked up for service
- communicate any customer concerns to Concierge Manager
