Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent previous customer service or hospitality experience ability to operate multi-line phone systems basic computer skills reliable and punctual strong verbal communication skills capability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays physical ability to perform clerical tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred previous experience in hospitality or customer service excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to operate telephone and office equipment basic computer proficiency ability to multitask and prioritize tasks strong attention to detail and professionalism compassionate and patient demeanor

Job Duties

  • greet residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors managing internal and external calls taking and communicating messages providing community information to support marketing and sales assisting residents with transportation mail and deliveries coordinating visitors maintaining resident privacy rights and safety operating telephone console switchboard, computer, fax, and copy machine performing general clerical and light administrative duties presenting oneself professionally to ensure resident satisfaction
