Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • reliable and professional demeanor
  • ability to operate telephone consoles and office equipment
  • commitment to resident privacy and safety

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors
  • manage both external and internal calls
  • take and communicate messages
  • provide overview of community information to inquiries
  • assist with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries
  • coordinate visitors
  • ensure resident privacy, rights and safety
  • disseminate information in person or on telephone
  • operate telephone console, fax machine, copy machine and computer
  • perform general clerical and light administrative duties
