Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or similar role preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • flexible schedule including availability for weekends, holidays and on-call shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • prior experience in hospitality, customer service or concierge role preferred
  • ability to manage multi-line telephone systems
  • proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
  • flexible availability including weekends, holidays and varied shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors
  • manage external and internal calls, take and communicate messages
  • provide community information to support marketing and sales efforts
  • assist with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries
  • coordinate visitors
  • ensure residents' privacy, rights and safety
  • operate telephone console or switchboard, computer, fax machine, and copy machine
  • perform general clerical and light administrative duties
  • present oneself in a professional manner to ensure resident satisfaction
