Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Sunrise software
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Willingness to participate in safety and compliance training
- Ability to pass pre-employment health screenings including drug tests as required
- Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination as mandated by applicable laws
- If driving is involved, willingness to sign Driver job description and follow safety regulations.
Job Qualifications

- Experience with recruitment processes and maintaining confidential records preferred.
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extend a warm welcome and greeting, offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests, and ensure that community safety protocols are in place
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet prospective residents, families, or visitors to ensure minimal wait times
- Greet potential job candidates and direct them to apply online or capture their information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming telephone and resident calls promptly with appropriate greetings
- Take and communicate messages with pertinent information to intended recipients
- Provide community overviews to callers and direct calls to the appropriate parties
- Manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- Send get well cards to residents in the hospital and sympathy cards to families as needed
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents prior to move-in and guest meals for move-in days
- Create and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support Director of Sales with lead tracking and inquiry calls
- Maintain cleanliness and refreshments in the Bistro and front desk areas, including restocking snacks and cleaning equipment
- Partner with community team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote risk management
- Respond to emergencies and manage resident and guest sign-in/out protocols
- Update resident phone lists, move-in/out registers, and guest logs
- Prepare and tally meal tickets and handle related financial transactions
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Assist with recruitment data entry and office supply monitoring
- Participate actively in team goals, training, and engagement programs
- Perform other duties as assigned.
