Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar concierge or administrative assistant position
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills
- Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Provides overall management of the Crestwood front desk and graciously greets members, visitors, and employees
- Receives incoming phone calls and directs to proper members and staff
- Maintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and contact information for members and staff
- Addresses questions and concerns of members and provides support to the Director of Member Services
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail, including receiving and sorting all mail and special deliveries
- Maintains member reservation books for guest room, restaurant, and special events
- Manages Point of Sales (POS) services including check cashing, stamps, movie tickets, etc.
- Coordinates transportation needs of the Residential Living members and communicates with the Supervisor of Transportation
- Receives and records requests from members for maintenance work orders and enters work orders into the maintenance software program
