Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and scheduled shifts
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of emergency protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use computerized sales systems
- Reliable and trustworthy character
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents
- Respond to and address resident concerns during shifts
- Carry out emergency procedures as required
- Successfully use the BILD sales system
- Run or oversee weekend activities
- Notify Executive Director of emergency situations
- Note areas or articles needing repair and report to Assistant Director
- Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director
