Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to operate switchboard
  • Previous experience with multi-line telephone system preferred
  • Ability to walk, stand, talk, hear, and move freely throughout the facility

Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Provide clerical support to the Business Office Manager in human resources
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks
  • Support payroll processing as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and tact when interacting with residents, families, and employees
  • Operate multi-line telephone system and switchboard
