Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience as a concierge with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions
  • Strong creative, strategic, and organizational skills
  • Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Background and credit check
  • Pre-employment drug screening
  • Employment verification

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience as a concierge with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent
  • Additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus
  • Strong customer service direction while presenting a positive and professional image
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions
  • Strong creative, strategic, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Desire to take initiative and a strong sense of self-motivation

  • Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Teams, Word, and Excel with HRIS experience

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist and effectively communicate with guests, residents, and team members to coordinate services and resolve issues
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions
  • Manage and fulfill requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
  • Stay informed about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and other points of interest to provide recommendations to guests or residents
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests or residents promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor and control access to the premises (access doors mainly), which helps ensure the safety and security of all guests or residents
  • Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and service requests using the property PMS system
  • Prepare and distribute relevant information to guests, residents, and team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about property services and updates
