Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Job Duties
- Build a genuine relationship with the client by determining the client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and universes
- Be the client’s first point of contact within the store and set the tone for the client’s experience
- Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store personnel to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events
- Achieve individual and team goals
- Secure back-of-house efficiency
- Support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the client experience
