Job Duties

  • build a genuine relationship with the client by determining the client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and universes
  • be the client’s first point of contact within the store and set the tone for the client’s experience
  • maintain daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events
  • collaborate with the client experience team and store team to build a seamless client experience
  • achieve individual and team goals
  • secure back-of-house efficiency
  • support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the client experience
