Job Duties
- build a genuine relationship with the client by determining the client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and universes
- be the client’s first point of contact within the store and set the tone for the client’s experience
- maintain daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events
- collaborate with the client experience team and store team to build a seamless client experience
- achieve individual and team goals
- secure back-of-house efficiency
- support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the client experience
