Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
three months of related experience preferred
excellent customer service skills required
ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
compassionate and professional demeanor
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
capability to multitask and manage time effectively
willingness to make independent decisions when appropriate
ability to maintain a positive attitude and friendliness
proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption

Job Qualifications

Three months of related experience preferred
excellent customer service skills
ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
highly proficient computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful nature
ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
ability to make independent decisions when necessary
ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
answer telephone calls
monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, and deliver or hold as requested
maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes
assist other departments with administrative functions
ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
