Job Requirements
- Must have at least one year of relevant customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain required vehicle insurance coverage
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Skilled in point-of-sale technology platforms with strong data entry accuracy
- Self-motivated and proactive in engaging with customers
- Passionate about supporting people
- Detail oriented and committed to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Fulfilling customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
- Accurately capturing service activity within BEST’s service management platform
- Marketing services and promotions to customers
- Living out BEST’s core values including being trustworthy, compassionate, resourceful, focusing on results and creating value
- Managing multiple service requests effectively
- Providing excellent verbal and written communication
- Maintaining professional poise, tact, and professionalism in dynamic customer situations
