Job Requirements
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- one to five years of experience in customer service
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- experience using point-of-sale and service management technology
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work 8-16 hours per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays

Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with three to five years preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
- proficient with point-of-sale technology platforms and strong data entry skills

Job Duties
- Fulfilling customer service tasks such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, and planning events
- facilitating shipping needs and other client requests
- accurately documenting service activities in the service management platform
- marketing services and promotions to customers

- managing multiple service requests effectively
