Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of luxury hotel or restaurant front desk experience
  • proficiency in English communication
  • knowledge of South Florida local attractions
  • ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to handle guest inquiries and requests professionally

  • At least one year of experience in luxury hotel and restaurant front desk, customer service and sales
  • knowledge of South Florida local attractions
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • knowledge of concierge services and hospitality industry standards

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
  • process and deliver messages for guests
  • retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
  • arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests
  • respond to special requests for services including dentists, doctors, child care, florists, etc.
  • respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues timely, friendly and efficiently
  • register VIP guests as needed
  • promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
