Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable private transportation
- Minimum two years of progressively responsible sales related experience
- Demonstrated excellence in producing promotional materials
- Ability to perform physical inspections of apartments
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to accommodate last minute changes

Job Duties
- Walk all apartments prior to check in and check out and assess damages
- Ensure all apartments meet company standards
- Coordinate housekeeping schedule weekly
- Oversee key check in and check out for large client groups
- Clean, repair, replace broken items and house wares in apartments when needed
- Report maintenance issues or items needed in units
- Deliver miscellaneous items to customers
- Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors
- Daily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed
- Inspect each unit and take a complete inventory just prior to resident’s scheduled move in
- Conduct monthly housewares inventory 1x monthly
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Help residents obtain their packages in the parcel closet and log appropriately
- Filing
- Sign in package from delivery services
- Manage amenity reservations
- Provide information to residents upon requests for, but not limited to, dining, transportation, dry cleaning, pet sitters, directions etc.
