Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable private transportation
  • Minimum two years of progressively responsible sales related experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in producing promotional materials
  • Ability to perform physical inspections of apartments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to accommodate last minute changes

Job Duties

  • Walk all apartments prior to check in and check out and assess damages
  • Ensure all apartments meet company standards
  • Coordinate housekeeping schedule weekly
  • Oversee key check in and check out for large client groups
  • Clean, repair, replace broken items and house wares in apartments when needed
  • Report maintenance issues or items needed in units
  • Deliver miscellaneous items to customers
  • Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors
  • Daily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed
  • Inspect each unit and take a complete inventory just prior to resident’s scheduled move in
  • Conduct monthly housewares inventory 1x monthly
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Help residents obtain their packages in the parcel closet and log appropriately
  • Filing
  • Sign in package from delivery services
  • Manage amenity reservations
  • Provide information to residents upon requests for, but not limited to, dining, transportation, dry cleaning, pet sitters, directions etc.
