Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to work as a part of a team
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- proof of eligibility to work in the country
- ability to maintain a professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- highly proficient computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful attitude
- ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms, investigating any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, and deliver or hold as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure timely response and follow up to resident, family, and employee concerns
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
