Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic computer proficiency

  • maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • ensure the lobby and common areas are welcoming and well-maintained
  • provide information about community services, schedules, and activities
  • collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and resident support
