Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work Monday and Tuesday from 3pm to 8pm
  • ability to perform clerical duties
  • effective communication skills
  • basic computer knowledge
  • professional and courteous attitude
  • ability to greet visitors and direct calls

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role preferred

  • ability to work part-time on scheduled days

Job Duties

  • represent the residence in a professional, pleasant, courteous and accommodating manner to the community and general public
  • greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or area
  • direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate party
  • perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and mail sorting
  • support smooth administrative operations
  • maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
  • assist with other administrative tasks as required
