Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible full-time or part-time schedules
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and communication tools

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year relevant experience preferably in senior living or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated empathy and caring attitude towards seniors
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to upholding integrity and respect in all interactions
Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Manage front desk communications including phone calls and emails
- Coordinate and facilitate community events and activities
- Provide information and support to residents regarding community services
- Handle incoming requests and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Maintain records and perform administrative tasks related to resident services
