Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in a related role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties
- greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
- provide information and support promptly and accurately
- manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively
- communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
- uphold the values of passion, teamwork, caring, and accountability in all interactions
- maintain a welcoming and safe environment in the senior living building
- coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
