Job Duties
- provide ongoing telephone coverage
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner meeting organizational objectives and ensuring individuals feel served appropriately
- accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify recipient
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
- greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
- maintain high levels of professionalism and attention to detail
