Job Duties
- Welcome residents, visitors, and callers with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide assistance and address inquiries and requests promptly
- Act as a primary link to the internal and external community
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build trusted and valued relationships
- Ensure all procedures assigned to the location are followed accurately
- Assist with administration support for special requests and projects as needed
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times
