Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts, specifically Friday 11 PM to 7 AM
- must pass a criminal background check
- basic computer literacy
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greets all visitors entering the facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner
- promotes positive image of the community and serves as an ambassador to all visitors
- receives all incoming phone calls and directs to the proper resident or staff
- receives all mail for the community and residents
- sorts and delivers to the appropriate mail location
- routinely perform basic typing, filing, and clerical work as requested
- maintains community resident's rosters and other community information
