Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide assistance to visitors and families
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure safety
  • Process work orders, incident reports, and concerns
  • Receive and manage deliveries including packages, plants, and prescription drugs
  • Maintain sign in/out logs for community keys and gate passes
  • Assist other departments with administrative functions
  • Respond promptly to resident, family, and employee concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
