Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and visitors
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with office equipment and basic software such as MS Office and scheduling systems
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized service to residents by assisting with requests such as transportation, reservations, and general information
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure residents' needs are met, from maintenance to dining services
  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a knowledgeable understanding of local events, services, and resources to provide residents with valuable recommendations and information
  • Handle inquiries and requests related to activities, events, and services in the community
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and arranging transportation for residents
  • Maintain the concierge desk area in a clean and organized manner
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain the privacy of residents at all times
