Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) and hotel software
  • Provide clear directions and insights about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
  • Identify potential guest concerns and resolve them efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality
  • Stay informed about room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively
  • Arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations for a seamless guest experience
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional level of service
  • Maintain a polished, professional demeanor while interacting with guests, associates, and vendors
