Job Requirements
- Experience as a concierge or customer service role preferred
- One to two years working with seniors preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for needs, requests, and complaints for all residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
- Provide positive and memorable customer service by understanding the customer's identity and needs
- Assist customers with personalized solutions to their requests and concerns
- Answer phone calls promptly within three rings and route calls or relay information appropriately
- Take detailed messages including name, date, time, and return phone number and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate resident and family services such as dry cleaning, grocery delivery, dinner reservations, beauty services, event tickets, and transportation
- Follow up after services to confirm satisfaction
- Connect with new residents and families within the first week to welcome them and explain concierge services
- Provide information and direction to community resources
- Manage the community transportation schedule, monitor sign-up sheets, and confirm arrangements
- Liaise between culinary department and guests for meal reservations and provide confirmations
- Make reminder calls for residents regarding dining and community events
- Maintain security procedures including monitoring sign-in and sign-out logs
- Keep reception, lobby, and welcome area clean, safe, and organized
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages
- Perform additional duties as assigned
