Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to operate computer software including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
- Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience preferred
- Clear and effective communication in English
- Highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- Answer telephone calls
- Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
- Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
- Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes
- Assist other departments with administrative functions
- Ensure that resident, family and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
