Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate computer software including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience preferred
  • Clear and effective communication in English
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
  • Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
  • Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
  • Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes
  • Assist other departments with administrative functions
  • Ensure that resident, family and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
