Job Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Have excellent customer service skills
- 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Senior living experience a plus
- Hotel experience a plus
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
- Assist residents with requests as needed
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
