Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to provide compassionate, detail-oriented service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm in emergency situations
  • Proficiency with computer software and phone systems
  • Flexible availability for 24/7 shift work

Job Qualifications

  • Love for seniors
  • Successful record in a customer service role
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and various internet platforms
  • Experience in high-end hospitality or hotels a plus
  • CPR and First Aid certified

Job Duties

  • Scheduling transportation
  • Making dinner and room reservations
  • Coordinating resident requests and services
  • Handling package/mail deliveries
  • Answering phone calls
  • Performing various other administrative tasks
  • Responding to emergencies and staying calm under pressure
