Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Ability to work part-time during day shifts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
  • Willingness to adhere to AdventHealth policies and values

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience working in a healthcare or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Qlikview
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manages and oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborates with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Utilizes problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational and clinical issues
  • Demonstrates leadership ability by guiding and motivating staff, fostering a positive work environment
  • Works independently, making frequent decisions and judgments in clinical areas, while collaborating as part of a team
  • Utilizes Excel, Word, Qlikview, and other IT programs for financial management and data analysis
  • Conducts data analysis to determine planning, feasibility, and market strategies, supporting business planning and financial management
