Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Ability to work part-time during day shifts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Willingness to adhere to AdventHealth policies and values

- Experience working in a healthcare or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Qlikview
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Job Duties
- Manages and oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilizes problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational and clinical issues
- Demonstrates leadership ability by guiding and motivating staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Works independently, making frequent decisions and judgments in clinical areas, while collaborating as part of a team
- Utilizes Excel, Word, Qlikview, and other IT programs for financial management and data analysis
- Conducts data analysis to determine planning, feasibility, and market strategies, supporting business planning and financial management
