Job Requirements

  • One year of work experience
  • Ability to work part-time during day shifts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using IT programs including Excel and Word
  • Capability to analyze data and support business planning
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee daily department operations
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers on patient care plans
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve operational and clinical issues
  • Provide leadership and motivation to staff, fostering a positive work environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team making critical decisions
  • Use Excel, Word, and Qlikview for financial management and data analysis
  • Conduct data analysis to support planning, feasibility, and market strategies
