Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to work weekends and scheduled shifts
Knowledge of emergency protocols
Proficiency with BILD sales system
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle emergencies calmly
Physical ability to manage building integrity duties

Job Qualifications

Experience working with senior residents preferred

Job Duties

Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents
Respond to and address resident concerns during shifts
Carry out emergency procedures as required
Use the BILD sales system effectively
Run or oversee weekend community activities
Notify Executive Director of emergency situations
Report maintenance needs to Assistant Director
Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director
