Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures including Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
Job Duties
- Greet all persons entering the facility in a professional and courteous manner
- Inform, guide, direct and assist residents, visitors, staff, guests, and vendors
- Notify supervisor of any unsafe or perceived safety issues
- Answer telephone politely and attentively, screen calls, route calls, and take messages
- Ensure resident/tenant directory is accurate and up to date
- Route resident and office mail to appropriate parties
- Provide support to business office and other management staff as directed
- Prepare special reports, documents, correspondence and provide clerical assistance
- Send and receive fax transmissions, emails and mail as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
