Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- six months related experience preferred
- multitasking and time-management skills
- excellent customer service and organizational skills
- competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- maintain integrity and confidentiality
- excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Job Duties
- Oversee front desk and greet guests
- manage reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications
- direct calls and take messages
- keep lobby area clean and presentable
- assist associates at front desk
- make rounds around community for security procedures
- provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email
- respond to emergency boards as needed
