Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or resident relations
  • ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • ability to maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • flexible work schedule including call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to travel rarely for training or assisting other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or resident relations preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • familiarity with local community resources and vendors
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
  • answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • assist with service request callbacks as necessary
  • maintain guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to office opening
  • manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other services
  • assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • keep updated information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery places
  • maintain relationships with concierge vendors
