Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to travel occasionally as needed for training or business purposes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local area amenities and services
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure their comfort
- Answer and route phone calls promptly
- Assist with completed service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
- Manage loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to office opening
- Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and services
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services
- Build and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
