Job Duties
- Attend to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry by coordinating with appropriate providers
- respond to special needs requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- gather, summarize, and provide information about hotel amenities and local events
- handle, record, and process all guest calls, messages, inquiries, and concerns
- contact relevant departments such as bell services and housekeeping to address guest issues
- review employee shift logs and daily memos and document pertinent information
- monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest welfare in the club lounge
- report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions, and participate in safety training and certifications
- comply with company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets
- greet and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
- communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents accurately, and answer telephones using proper protocol
- foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
- follow quality assurance standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- lift or move objects weighing 10 pounds or less
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
