Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior related work experience required

Job Duties

  • Attend to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry by coordinating with appropriate providers
  • respond to special needs requests and ensure guest satisfaction
  • gather, summarize, and provide information about hotel amenities and local events
  • handle, record, and process all guest calls, messages, inquiries, and concerns
  • contact relevant departments such as bell services and housekeeping to address guest issues
  • review employee shift logs and daily memos and document pertinent information
  • monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest welfare in the club lounge
  • report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions, and participate in safety training and certifications
  • comply with company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets
  • greet and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
  • communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents accurately, and answer telephones using proper protocol
  • foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
  • follow quality assurance standards
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift or move objects weighing 10 pounds or less
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
